BWA Facilities Consultancy is concerned as much with soft services like catering, reprographics, etc., as with ‘hard’ services like building maintenance and utilities.

We have Europe’s largest database of independently, accurately and consistently compiled costs and performance levels, which are in great demand for benchmarking and also for development of facilities policy.

We help with outsourcing or re-bidding of individual services like maintenance, cleaning or catering or complete outsourcing of the whole FM function.

Process mapping, procedural reviews and setting up service-level agreements are regular activities. More and more clients are using our Frisqué (Facilities Risk and Quality Evaluation) benchmarking program to set their budgets on a basis that will stand up to detailed examination as a business case.

We also help clients to consider the amount and functionality of their space. When it needs changing, or increasing, then off we go into the Project Inception stage…
